Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company claims to give free consultations in spanish but only says that so you can give them your personal information that they sell. My cousin had a real emergency and found them online by searching for them on google but no one was around to help and when we called we got a recording that wanted our details. Since my cousin doesn't know much about how things work here in the usa he was about to leave all his personal info until I told him not to. Is this company even allowed to do what they are doing?!

You state in your complaint that nobody answered your call yet you describe how we operate. Unfortunately, this shows the intentions of your comments. Our company is comitted to help those who need legal help, especially Hispanics. As an Hispanics owned company, we make sure that our users talk to qualified personnel that can help them make decisions. We have helped thousands of users with only one complaint, yours, versus many "thank you's". We offer all our users a free consultation, and an option to hire an attorney if they feel they have received good advice. So to answer your question, "Are we allowed to do what we do?", yes, in the US we are allowed to follow rules, operate a legal and fair business and help those who need it the most.
