I'm writing this to warn any person who is thinking of working for this company or using their services. I am actually surprised more people have not spoken up. This company does not pay their employees and owes a lot of past employees huge amounts of money. They still have not given W2's for the past year to many people and doubtful they have paid their employee taxes. As an employee, the CEO will waive fake gold in front of your face (promise a cut once the company has "built up and sold") but there is no stock and he will not hold to that promise. As a client, the CEO will say anything to get you initially in the door and then not follow through. I have seen many clients be ignored just because they didn't want to deal with it, or because they knew they were not fulfilling the job, but yet, they are paying a monthly fee every month.

If you are looking for a job, please DO NOT work for this company. You will just be further in debt and working for absolutely nothing. There will be many times on payday that you will find out that you are not receiving a check. and even if you do, it isn't much (imagine making more at McDonalds for working less hours)

If you are looking for affiliate marketing, DO NOT hire this company. You will be wasting your money for services that will not be filled.

I hope that others affected by this, will see this post and respond with their experiences. Because I KNOW there are many many out there. All you need to do is ask around.

At the commencement of 2007, AffiliateTraction had gone through major transitional developments. In order to focus on providing quality service that exceeds our clients' expectations, we had made the decision to change our internal processes and operational model which included downsizing the company while only keeping the most experienced and qualified employees capable of meeting this goal.

As a former employee who quit I can say dittos to the original post, in addition:

NetTractions paid employees as independant contractors, 1099ing them when if fact they were hired as employees, and in no manner were ICs and never were told so until the end of the tax year.

I personally have a bounced paycheck that they promised to make good, but failed to after repeated requests.

We were told to promise customers things that we could not fulfill and tell them as facts things that were clearly not true.

Negative comments posted on forums are very well sanitized and removed from public view by the company - I have read many negative comments about NetTraction and the CEO specifically that are purged unusually fast.

I warn everyone - potential employees and customers to be aware that this company under direction of the CEO named above who responded to this initial post, can not be trusted to honor anything they claim.
