We never charge more than we advertise – in fact, the sign-up pages re-state anticipated monthly charges several times during the registration process. New members receive a “welcome” email after they register that also reviews the features they chose and how much they will be billed after their free trial period.
A free trial period? Really free?? YES! We offer a 30-day trial, absolutely free of charge, to each new member before their membership switches to billing mode. During this time, new members have access to the same information as paying customers have – at no obligation and no charge. This way, new members are not charged for the opportunity to make sure they enjoy using our service. Members are only billed if they do not request cancellation before the 30-day period ends.
All we ask is that new members cancel prior to the end of the trial period if they are not satisfied with the service. If they don't, they will be billed for a month of access/service at the rate they selected during registration. All of our members have the right to cancel at any time, with the understanding that they will be billed through the end of the billing cycle in which they exercise that right of cancellation. Cancellation requests are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt and can be sent via email, phone, fax, or mail.
