I did a google search by Feist and Fraud and read the report by ROYCE 'DAREN' BARLOW regarding being ripped off by National Sport Services. I couldn't agree more with what Royce Barlow stated. It's absolutely what occurred to me as well. I kept getting calls from the National Sport Service reps telling me how much money I could make with them. One day they provided information to me stating what would occur on a game and said it would cover by half-time. Indeed they were right. That's what they told me I'd be getting all the time. And you'd think so for being scammed out of nearly $20k by them. However, their representations of the results were fraudulent. Hoever, they had me sign a contract which I unwisely didn't modify to cover their guarantees. I was being so nice with the representative. He acted like my best friend. But in retrospect, he was just basically a used car guy using the allure of riches and falsifing information to take my money. I filed a testimonial on www.Chokingsports.com stating:
The Feist reps will sell you on the "fact" that they are going to make you A
LOT of money. But what do the Feist lawyers have to say? They say "NSS
does not offer any guarantees. We offer fact-based opinion-oriented sports
selections. Our clients take personal responsibility for how they choose to
use the information." Will you be told that information up front? NO!

I requested to get all (and later at least most) of the money back based on their fraudulent performance representations, however, they refused. They had me sign a form stating that I wouldn't make any claims in law or in equity. They are scam artists (artists is a too complimentary term for them).

Check out Chokingsports.com to see what a lot of others have to say about National Sport Services. Warning, that site uses some graphic wording so if you're offended by that, take caution. Moreover, based on my experience, everything written there is 100% accurate. Protect yourself and stay far away from National Sport Services, a Jim Feist company.
