They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report:
Their email: tracyljordan@aol.com
Their name: Tracy L. Jordan
Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion
Rebuttal:
I ordered Zymax a year ago and decided the product didn't work for me. Zymax sent another shippment and charged my credit card with out contacting me or without authorization. I called them and they told me to refuse the shippment and they would credit my credit card. Well, I sent the stuff back and they didn't credit my credit card. I notified the credit card company and changed my credit card number but I don't know how to get my $106.00 back. I filled out an affidavit with the credit card
company and I am still waiting for them to respond. Zymax is a rip off. Something should be donw about it.

I am very disappointed I cannot purchase any more zymax. It worked like a charm for me. Is there any chance it will be back on the market?
Thanks.

I tried Zymax about 5 years ago when I suddenly ballooned up to 180 pounds. Along with the pills, I only did moderate exercise because I had a very physical job ( I lifted people 8 hours a day ) and I lost over 50 pounds in 2 months. I went from a size 12 to a size 2. There is no way anyone could say anything to convince me this stuff doesn't work. The only way it couldn't work is if you are one of those people who expects to be able to pop pills and sit on your butt all day long and expect the weight to magically fall off. Even today, after stopping the pills that long ago AND having a baby, I STILL only weigh 134 pounds and I'm 5'7". What's your excuse? As far as the refund issue goes, ZymaX IS NOT the only company who's been accused of that. I jusst went through a battle with a company out in California, that lasted for 3 months over stuff I had returned. That, unfortunately, is the risk you take ordering on the internet, off TV, through magazine ads, etc. Never give your credit card number. When I ordered Zymax, they let me send a check.

Denman Scientific has taken the name of our company, ZymaX envirotechnology, even to the extent of capitalizing the first and last letters, to market their ZymaX diet pill.
We are flooded with e-mails from ZymaX pill customers, many of them disgruntled, who have been unable to contact Denman, and have come to our website.
We are an environmental analytical laboratory and have no connection to Denman Scientific or their diet pill. We have no idea why Denman has appropriated our name, but it is cetainly confusing their customers.

I ordered ZymaX the first time in 2001.
I lost 25 lbs. in 8 months. I went from a size 9 to a size 2. Both times I ordered ZymaX I called and used a credit card and never had a problem with them billing it more than they were supposed to.
I never asked for rush shipment, but both times I got my order 4 days after ordering. I liked the pills because they didn't make me feel jittery like some pills.
I quit taking the pills, but now a year and a half later, I've gained back 10 lbs.. I ordered a months supply of ZymaX Feb.3, this time using the order form and a cashier's check. Today is March 13 and I haven't got the pills yet.
However...I haven't checked to see if my check was cashed or called them.

Ever since I had ordered something from this company about 4 or 5 years ago, I have been getting "plastic surgery magazine"(All it is is an advertisement for ZymaX)and other little information pacakets regaring "The Miricale Pill" under a different name.
I did not lose wait on the product I ordered, but I also did not try for a refund within the thirydays because it was past that.
I also paid the extra money for the rush order and it was sent eight weeks after I have mailed it in. It was a priority packege in a manila bubble wrap envelope.
I should have known then that it was a ripp off and that they had already cashed my check weeks before when they said they would hold it for thiry days while I tried the product.
I have also looked through the information packets that they sent me and relized that it was the same pill that I took.
I have also been getting all this weight loss stuff sent to me from a post mark in CA but no name or a return address on the envelope, just a copy of a news paper page with Dear Jane thought you would like this Love J. I know of none out in CA with a name starting with the letter J.

A little over 4 years ago I had my 3rd and last child. I had a bunch of weight to lose. I received the 'Plactic Surgery' mailing and read about Zymax. I called and ordered right away. If I remember correctly, I received my pills within a week and started taking them right away. With ablolutley no lifestyle changes, I lost 17 pounds in the first month. I LOVED IT and have never felt that good in a long time. I wanted to order another month. With the completed opposite of everone else, I could not get the company to charge my card and send another bottle. When I found the "Ripoffreport" website I was looking for the company online to try and order some more.

Why doesn't Denman Scientific Research not
contact the media source to get this situation
straightened out? If Denman Scientific Research
complains about having no affiliation with
ZymaX, why not inform the media and insist a law
suit so that citizens are aware of this
happening; in addition to being continually
tricked by making whomever rich. They may be
lying and may be using each other as a cover up!
Better yet, maybe we all should get together and
sue both of them.
