Yes a Puppy was purchased from Tim Smith,Cedar Creek Farm and Kennels. All the above is true facts of what happened to the puppy. Our puppy was brought to the vet 2 days after purchase (but it was just over 48 hours) so Tim Smith does not warranty anything over 48 hours. From what I was told Cedar Creek Farm and Kennel,Tim Smith owner are under investigation.

I recieved an email one day, no name attached just the email adress in the senders column, and it said the pup she bought was sick. I read on, and no where did it list the breed, sex or color, or date of alleged purchase. after reading this i checked my records, and there was never a "jen" or "jenny" or "jenifer" that bought pups from me. I responded back to the email, to please provide these details, NO REPLY, then it hit me! This is an attempt by an unscrupulous animal rights activist. This is somewhere between slander and liable. Why is it she gave my name and business information, but only listed "jen" as the poster? what wouldnt she post her contact info so other concerned buyers could verify what she said?? she is a liar, thats why. there are several posts on here about me and my company, and thats fine, every one, but one, person who has asked my side of these "tales" has bought a pup from me. I offer a standard health guarantee, take the pup to the vet with in 48 hours, most people are responsible puppy owners and do this. some people will not take care of their pets, and it is suddenly the breeders fault when something goes wrong?? Beware of what you read, beware of jumping on an animal rights bandwagon. If you are a responisble pet owner who wants a great puppy let me know.

As stated prior, this person does not exist. NO proof of purchase, vet visit and etc. exists. Animal rights activists will stoop to anything to make a breeder look bad.

Our family was also very disappointed in the purchase of our new puppy from Tim Smith. Please take no chances in purchasing a puppy / dog from Cedar Creek Farm and Kennel in NC. This is what happened to our little puppy:
Within the first day watery diarrhea, then become mucus with blood. That same night ended up in Animal Emergency Clinic due to the severity of the puppy's diarrhea, blood, mucus, and pain. The puppy seemed to be dehydrated and in a state of shock. The puppy has parasites ringworm and tapeworm. The Vet did testing which showed the puppy had COCCIDIA. Coccidia is a protozoan parasite which produces cysts instead of larvae or eggs. You get the infection from ingesting the cysts in the environment or eatting animals like mice that are infected. This condition can be LIFE THREATENING especially if they are small puppies, stressed or have other parasites. The treatment left my puppy at the Vet's office over night. They treated the puppy with Sulfa Meds.,antibiotic combinations and Intravenous Fluids to help fight off the infection. All of this could have been avoided if the environment they were brought up in was properly cleaned, disinfected and removal of the feces. Tim Smith did not allow me past the front door,he opened the door quick and shut it as to hide something inside. That should have been a red flag, but our family was excited about the purchase of our new family member. Please DO NOT GO NEAR THIS CEDAR CREEK FARM AND KENNEL owner TIM SMITH NORTH CAROLINA. He also sells rabbits and mini horses just for your info.

Gizmo(puppy) has Coccidia, another parasite. Life threatening. Needed emergency care with Intravenous, sulfa type medications, antibiotic, and vitamins with added sugar. This Poor puppy now only weighing 1 pound 8 ounces. My heart just breaks.
