I, too, have been ripped off by these people. I am utterly disgusted with constantly getting the run around as to why I haven't received my dog's papers! People don't just go out and pay almost 3k for a dog that is not registered!
I purchased my dog, "Chunk", on 7-21-2005 from Mary Maczko and Tammy Sadler. I drove to Columbia, SC to pick him up. I should've seen the warning signs when I got there. See, when I spoke to Mary intially she told me the purchase price was $2000.00, but when my husband and I arrived to there home we were told he was $2800.00 because they really wanted to keep him and use him as a stud, but they would be willing to sell him to us for $2600.00 if we would agree to give them stud rights. I fell in love with CHunk right away so I agreed and signed a contract that they have in turn defaulted on!
Two weeks later I mailed them a check for $125.00 for the Russian registration papers. They told me it would take up to 3 months to get them back. Three months came and went so I called them to find out what was going on. I was then told that it would be 6 months. At the 6 month mark I called them again and that is when the runaround started.
I called them numerous times and each time the answer was let me check into and I will call you back, or sometimes it takes up to a year to get the papers. Not once did they ever call us back and have an answer for us. Now the excuse is that the two women have split up and Tammy has screwed Mary over and she has been left holding the bag.
That is not my fault!! I waited a long time to be able to have the dog of my dreams and now they have turned it into a nightmare. I have had several requests of people wanting to breed with my male and guess what I CAN'T CAUSE I DON'T HAVE ANY PAPERS ON HIM!
These people need to pay for what they have done to me and others like me. What they have done is wrong! It doesn't take this long to get papers on a dog and if their supposed problem lies with the Russian company why are the still doing busines with them and why aren't we getting a straight answer.
I am in no way related to these people and I know they have ripped me off!
