I'm sorry Dinovite did not work for your dog. I've not received any emails from you, it is possible you responded to an auto email, I don't check these.

I'm not sure why you have chosen to blast our company and product instead of just sending your order back and receiving your refund. There is no catch 22 just send it back and we will refund the purchase price less shipping.

You missed the point of the original poster - the dogs are allergic to the ingredients and feeding it for 90 days would probably kill them. The complaint was that your company REQUIRED the use of the product for 90 days before you would consider a refund - your own post supports the complaint.

You have essentially told the original poster what they already knew - that the guarantee was void unless they fed the Dinovite for 90 days.

They took care of me.

I bought it for my 14 year old rescue hound who, frankly, was nearing the end of his time with me, I just wanted to believe that if I did something different I would have him longer. He died before the Dinovite arrived. When it did I called the number on the container not really knowing if they'd back it or not; they were very understanding. I returned it and was credited within a few days.

I'm looking to adopt another soon, so I'll likely order some more when I do.

Her husband purchased the 1 gallon (5 pound 13 oz) for 49.99 (59.49 with s&h). The 5 gallon is 29.5 pounds. I think this is where your confusion is. We issued the refund and credited their card.

Interesting. Ed, has the price of a 5-gallon pail really gone, in 8-9 months, from $59.00 (NOV/DEC 2006) to the current $194.99?

Stellar company with stellar customer service

I ordered one product which didn't really work well for my dog. I found out later that my dog was actually eating a corn based diet (food for chickens not dogs) and that was why it wasn't working well.  Anyway, I sent back one product and exchanged it for another.  It was easy and the customer service reps worked with me to choose a better one fo rmy dog. 

Now he gets carnoyum and lickochops and he eats more meat in his food.  And, they even sent me a free tube of shampoo to try.  And they told me if it didn't work, I could sent it back.

But i won't be sending it back because my dog's hair is growing back on his belly and the base of his tail and he's not itching anymore.  The shampoo is excellent and my dog eats the supplements on his food no problem.

I think that you should be aware of your pets specific allergies before you feed him something.  Heck, if you knew that you pet was allergic to something, wouldn't you check the label before you bought something?  Anyway, my dog was "supposedly" allergic to kelp but i think that it was bunk cuz he's having no problems on the dinovite.
