In August I purchased a supposedly pregnant female named Fanci from Wanita that I paid $2500.00 for because she told me her husband died and she needed to find a home for her because she had to move and couldnt keep all her dogs, after many many emails asking her when the dog was supposedly due to whelp she finally contacted me the night before she was again supposedly due to whelp. The dog was never pregnant! She told me her vet verified that she was indeed pregnant and when I contacted her vet, I was told that was not true.
When I contacted her vets I was warned of the conditions of her pups and was told that they were not healthy babies. I also faxed a copy of my records to her vet and was also told that they were forged and that was not his signature on the health certificate.
I contacted Wanita several times and like the many others I never heard a word for a long time until I started to make threats. She also charged me for the shipping after it was paid in advance with the purchase of Fanci.
I did finally get that money back after many threats and heard every excuse in the world a person could have... Granddaughter in the Hospital, friend died, son in law in Iraq, and so on...
When I contacted Wanita,she would not respond to my emails and would not answer my many phone calls. When she finally did respond she offered me either a free pup or another breeding for free.
I told her I didnt want a free puppy or a free breeding from her because of the conditions her dogs are in and she has had parvo on her premises. I am a good breeder and I am not about to subject any of my animals to anything that could be potentially harmful or deadly to them.
I have had nothing but problems with this poor female Fanci since she arrived here. She has ulcerated eyes and she also gets them in her mouth.
I recently took her again to the vets and was asking why her vulva was all black because I have never seen anything like this before and told the vet she is constantly squatting to piddle.
I was then informed that the dog has cystic ovaries and needs to be spayed. I contacted Wanita once more and told her what the vet had said and offered to ship the dog back to her and again asked for a refund.
Wanita did reply and told me I didnt need to send the dog back that I could place her in a home and she would pay me back a little bit at a time. When I asked how long this would take and how much she could afford she said it would be small amounts right now.
I still have not heard a word back and again she is not answering my emails. I offered her all the vet reports and also told her all I wanted to get back was her purchase price and that I would pay for the spaying myself and absorb all the vet costs on Fanci thus far.
I still have yet to hear back from her as far as a repayment to me. She did say she would pay me back and I have all emails with all of the correspondence between us just in case she forgets what she has promised and I can certainly forward or post them on here. I want a full refund and want it within 1 week. I have waited and been played long enough here.
I was not able to make payments on the purchase of her and I will not accept at this time payments back on her. I tried Wanita! You are your own worst enemy!! I have contacted Linda Davis and I hope this woman is shut down and forbidden to be any part of any breeding program out there.
By the way.. She tends to have all the same overexagerrated excuses for everyone, I also heard many of the same ones. Just be honest and you will prevail! If you are a good God fearing Christian woman Nita as you claim to be, you will do what you need to do to make this all good with everyone you have done this too.
