I purchased an electronic item from Liberal Jewelers and Loan, 706-708 Monroe St. Toledo, Ohio. I got home and the item did not work. I tried to phone them and they told me "sorry about your luck" I took the item to an electronics professional and they said the item was beyond repair. I did take them to small claims court. They brought in pictures of an "items sold as is" sign in a dark, obscure corner, and the court found in their favor. Even after I DID prove that the item was NOT working when it left their store. And the judge did indicate that the company was in his court before. I'm angry that one can hang a the right sign in a store, and according to local government, it gives them the right to sell any type of defective trash they want to. I've talked to others who have been ripped off by these people. And it is many!
I want ripoff revenge!!! Please help me get my money back!
