I paid for services late one night and immediately requested a refund a few hours later and that's been over 3 weeks ago. I'm currently disputing charges with my bank. I've written them several times with no response.
Company has no address or phone number on their website which, now that I think about it, usually indicates a scam from the beginning. No way to contact them except via email and still, they've not returned a response to my emails.
