Worked in their service depts for years, unfortunatley, got to see the side of the business that screws it's customers everyway it can. Do you have an extended warranty? Then don't take your car or truck there! They will call you saying, hey, we found several leaks, we will get this covered by your warranty only then to have the tech use brake cleaner to clean off the fake leak and tighten your bolts up for you, ultimately ripping off you, and your extended warranty and you get to pay your deductable. Their entire service dept, ran by Chris Back, and Ken Moore, Jim Moran are all liars asking their employees that are service advisors to dig deep on extended warranty policies at the expense of your wallet so they can pay their monthly payments on several houses and boat, etc. All thanks to your wallet.

I saw this first hand, as I was told to do this more than atleast 50-75 times over a 5 year period and seeing techs perform subpar work, charging out parts only to not have them installed then returning the parts back to the parts dept. Service ran by empty suits looking to thin your wallet. Buyer Beware, tow your vehicle somewhere else for repairs...

Long story short, to many advisors and techs that have been in this dept to long and have been told to perform this way by upper management that are to money hungry. Dishonest...run by empty suits.

'Google' this- TOYOTA AND GENERAL MOTORS HAVE BEEN NAMED IN A LAWSUIT THAT, and read the November 21st 2007 Article.

Katy Cameron, a Safety Auditor, blew the whistle on DEFECT REPORTS that were being ALTERED by her bosses at a plant shared by Toyota & GM!

Read what they did to her!!! This woman tried to alert her bosses of SAFETY DEFECTS in Toyota vehicles, and we all know that the Pontiac Vibe is really a Toyota Matrix, correct?

YOUR LIFE COULD BE IN DANGER!!!!!

Here's why- 'Google' this- ENGINE SLUDGE, and go to the consumeraffairs website about Toyota Engine Problems, & make sure to click on 'Airbags' & read all of them. (The Article about Katy Cameron also appears at that site.) Read the complaints after you click on 'Airbags', especially the one where a 19 year old was traveling on a California highway & his airbags deployed for NO REASON!

The cabin of his Toyota Matrix filled with smoke, & the heat from the explosion caused his hands to almost come off of the hot steering-wheel. Fortunately, no one was killed or injured. However, it could have been disasterous, wouldn't you agree? His mother posted the complaint at the consumeraffairs website. Please read it!

If your AIRBAGS are defective you will NOT KNOW until it is too late, wouldn't you agree? How will you know if your airbags will deploy if you're in an accident if they are DEFECTIVE?

If this is true than this dealer is scum and the techs moreover are also. We do every thing that we sell oil leaks included. You still make money on extended warranty. The fun thing is when they say we only pay 50 dollars an hour so we tell the customer they will only cover half of the labor, which is $100 for extended warranties. Extended AFTER market warranties mostly are B.S.
