ebay car adv. as excellent cond. bid w confidence. as is clause was renegotiated to exclude ebay description. it was accepted and money was paid. non running junk w big dents, leaking top, etc. was received. go to www.seerealcar.com for the story and pix. truck transporter said an identical much better shape car was on the lot and he was given keys to it first. interstate fraud! u decide what happened here.

The seller had to have posted the VIN number for the vehicle mentioned. Compare it with yours, if it's the same, there are 2 options. Show the ad to ebay along with your pictures. That won't get your money back, but they will try. If it's different, you have an open and shut fraud case.

The second is to sue the seller. You have ample proof.

Personally, I would go down there and beat the crap out of the owner until he refunded my money. I have been a long time Ebayer, and have never had this happen to me, but I have bought classic cars from other ads from people who basically lied through their teeth. I know how you feel.
