Hey Jo you mention 3TV's on your side for help. yea right. I brought an insider story to 3TV in Phoenix about car dealers doing what is called C.S.I. Diversion. Local car dealers were sending false contact info on the R.D.R. cards when an UNHAPPY car buyer bought a new car.

Car buyer would not get a new car buyer's survey and also might not ever get safety recalls because of the car dealer not wanting car buyers to tell the auto manufacture how they really feel about their car deals.

3TV's Rich Skidmore told me that 3TV had a big set of balls that that they would "Sand Bag" the story until the sweeps period. He told me that 3TV got busted before for "Sand Bagging" but this time my story was worth it. I say, I FEEL that 3TV is "The place that hides more stuff"

I recorded all of the conversations that Rich Skidmore and I had about a few local car dealers diverting their C.S.I. by Burning their R.D.R. cards. He told me that 3TV would air the story.

He said "What the F,,K It has news written all over it." To this day 3TV has never aired the story. I asked Skidmore "Hey give me a copy of the video you made" He said I don't want to burn any bridges and He moved to California.

That being said. I FEEL that if a person finds a hot story about car dealer scams they will have a hard time getting a TV station to air it.

Maybe one day I will set it up so you all can hear the tapes and be the judge for yourself, if the EDitor of this site lets me. Trust me what is on those tapes KICKS BUTT and will show Phoenix viewers what TV 3 is all about. Would be great if I could get a local "Talk radio station to air them. That would KICK BIG BUTT!

It would be VERY nice if this car dealer would call you and to a Buy back your car loan from the bank.

Yes this can be done, but only if the dealer wants to. I feel that this car deal has been set up in a VERY DECEPTIVE WAY. Leading you to believe that you and your husband both would be CO-SIGNING and that your son was THE BUYER.

Good payment marks will not be posted on your son's credit report.

If the Finance manager at this dealership had all three of you to sign all documents as if you all were buying this car is DECEPTIVE!

If I were you, I would post the banks contact info including Name of bank, complete mailing address, Fax number and phone number on your Rip Off report as an UPDATE Right away. This would let the bank know that they have made the Rip Off Report also.

If you have a copy of your car buying contract that shows that the dealer had your son sign I would hold on to it. I would also as this bank to fax you a copy of what the car dealer sent to them. Let's compare the two.

Their corperate headquarters is loacted in the Automall at 64th St and McDowell Road in Scottsdale in the top floor of the Pitre Subaru building. Mitch Pierce and Dan Grubb are the distrect managers. Good luck but I am sure that by now you may have recieved some satisfaction as GMAC has in the past unwilling to finance a blantent "straw Purchase".

Update to this case

We have since filed a report with the Arizona State Attorney Generals Office because there has been NO resolution at this point.

I appreciate greatly the help we have been given on this deal.. I tried to contact the 2 people that were listed (working for Autonation) but to no avail YET. If anyone has phone numbers I could use it would be helpful for sure.

The best they are offering us at this point is to let us trade it BACK in to them on a MORE EXPENSIVE vehicle which would enatil us bringing it back to the same dealership almost 600 miles away. NOT IN THIS LIFETIME!
