JD Byrider could be considered a predatory lender. They also cater to buyers who assume their marginal credit won't get them cars elsewhere.
However, in this case it's possible that your car needs repairs because it's an eight-year-old Dodge. Dodges in general, and the Stratus in specific, are not reliable cars. You can research reliability through edmunds.com and/or consumerreports.org.
Did you purchase an extended warranty through the dealership? If you did and are still within the terms of the warranty, you may have a claim through. However, if you are without any warranty, it really isn't JD Byrider's fault that the car has become repair-prone.
Good luck securing repairs. You might consider selling the car and getting something more reliable.
