Recenly, 4 Wheel Parts has been caught blatantly lying to the Better Business Bureau. In response the BBB audited their entire file and found many of the same complaints listed below:
*Delivery Issues
*Difficulty obtaining Refunds
*Overcharging
*Poor Installation
*Poor Cusomer Service
*Billing Disputes
*Failure to Deliver Ordered Merchandise /Missing Items/Incorrect Items
4 Wheel Parts has an "Unsatisfactory Performance Record" Nationwide with the Better Business Bureau when it comes to answering consumer complaints along with the following ABOVE:
The above Unsatisfactory Record and/or Company Reliability Report can be obtained via the at www.labbb.org/
One corporate 4 Wheel Parts lawyer has also been caught trying to shamefuly manipulate/affect the outcome of a STATE AGENCY Bureau of Automotive Repair Final Report on them. He has been unsuccessful to date.
Internet complaints about 4 Wheel Parts were nearly the same in that if an ERROR occured in shipping products on their part or an improper installation occured,
"They pushed shipping and/or rental car expenses onto the customer every time."
REGARDING TIRES: 4 Wheel Parts is NOTORIOUS for pushing all kinds
of (parts/tire) warranties that 99% of the customers will never
use.
I purchased wheels and tires from them and of course they pushed the $100.00 tire
warranty (If anything happens we will replace them for free) , so I bought it.
The PRO COMP Tires were great until about 12,000 miles to where my truck started
pulling really bad on the freeway and street.
These criminals had all kinds of excuses like, "What freeway were you on." I would tell them a totally different freeway than I actually drove on. They would respond, "Oh that freeway is all messed up, you can't judge how a care drives on that freeway."
I would bring my (Brand New) truck to them for alignment, spend money and my truck still didn't drive straight. "What's the deal?" They would respond, "Oh our alignment machine needs to be recalibrated." Like there is such a thing, don't tink so.
I told them straight out, "I purchased your warranty, these tires are crap, replace them for free like you advertised." They responded, "Nope can't do that, these are perfectly good tires."
I took my truck to a major ASE Certified store and paid to have them look at my truck. The report reads, "From analysis, seems to have defective tires. Front alignment, vehicle drifts to the left. The wheel alignment readings show a more positive caster on the right, but still the truck pulls."
I think everyone understands what the above means.
You should see what happens when I slam on the breaks and perform an, "Emergency Stop" with these defective tires.
