I ordered brake pads and rotors in January 2008, told they were In Stock. but this was Not True. they were on Back-Order, so they lied to me to get the order charged.
Waited weeks for them to arrive. (6 week I think)
They were Defective. Rotors cracked after 1000 miles and needed to be replaced.

I had extreme difficulty getting a call back and resolution. I was told I had to order another set, then send the bad parts back for a refund, and again I was told the rotors were in stock. But that was a lie, they were on Back-Order

I waited another 6 weeks (meanwhile drivng on cracked rotors becuase it was my only source of transportation) When I mentioned this they seemed to not care at all.
I called and called on the status and was lied too repeatedly about when the would have them. Then I was told they were shipped. and that was a lie .I had to call 2 or 3 times and was then told they had not shipped and were on Back Order again.

Then i got the replace rotors in June, installed them.
ONe of the boxes was labeled "No Good". Did this mean they shipped me another bad rotor. It appears that was just written on the box for no reason, the rotor seems to be fine.

Anyway, I shipped back the defective rotors in July.
I called several times in August trying to get my refund.
ON the 3rd or 4th call they started telling me "we issued it last Friday you should see it in a day or so"
They said this 3 weeks straight, "we processed it last Friday" each one was a LIE.

I finally got my money today!!! (Sept. 15, 2008)
Even when I spoke with the Manager on the 16th, she said "we processed it last Friday on the 12th".

but when I called my bank and had them look up the Transcation ID, it indicated that the refund was processed on the 16th, the day I spoke with the Manager!!

What an Ordeal!!
