Just received the same letter that some of you fell victim of.
They list their toll free phone number as 1-800-607-5426.
All searches for this number came back with no results.
Calling the number, the service answers by automated attendant (Robot) for those not
up to speed. Her voice simply answers with no mention of what the company name is.
No option to leave message, but if you know extension to who you want, but no mention of who is listed. But a couple tests and punching in 100 got into someone voice mail.
These actions are direct effect of a simple scam, and keep any info you need away from view.
Go ahead and send them money and see what happens.
And isn't it interesting that no where on the letter is a return address.
Are you getting it now?
An Opt out phone number as 1-800-699-7710
They request a minimum payment is required.
They list the vehicle I supposedly own which is not even close.
Claim to be Winner of National Service Warranty Service Award.
Have no internet listing. And this is supposed to be a major player.
On the back of the form they go out of their way to list other states and who covers those.

I see one person here who plans on taking services with them, and I have no idea how one could be silly enough to do it.
It seems to express nothing of your experience. What did they do . I am looking at them for warranty now and want more information
My time is valuable and I have spent so much of it "crying" over what this company did to me that I did not want to spend much more time on this. However, I wanted consumers to know that I, too, was a victim of Dealer Services and what other people are saying on this website is the absolute truth! I am not persuding you either way as to whether or not you should get a warranty from them, but take caution. What they tell you when they are trying to sell you a warranty is not the truth. They made me so many promises that they could not and never planned on fulfilling. I hope this helps to clarify things for you. Thank you for your response.
