I am a dealership in the state of Minnesota. I have been trying to contact Ultimate Warranty for the last couple of weeks on behalf of some of my clients. I have three clients right now that are unable to get there cars fixed because Ultimate will not answer the phone, I have two clients that have had there cars fixed but the mechanic shops have not been paid. Those customers have been waiting for Ultimate to pay the Mechanic shops since JULY! I also sent in a refund request for another one of my customers and they have yet to send the refund and it has been over 60 days.

Today I called Minnesota Department of Commerce and they say that Ultimate is not even approved to sell service contracts in Minnesota right now. As of this very moment I have been on hold with Ultimate for 2 hours and 32 minutes. I did try to contact there reinsurance company today but I have not received a call back.

The way they are handling there business over the last couple of days is making me wonder if they are going out of business? Hopefully someone from Ultimate will call back. I have dealt with Ultimate for about 12 years and they have always been a great company until now.
I was talking with a service writer from Walser Jeep and they also are experiencing huge payment delays. They will not even fix my customers Jeep unless my customer pays for it himself and then gets reimbursed by Ultimate. And we know how that is going.
