I have received an unsolicited book from Bottom Line Books, Des Moines, Iowa and sent it back, unopened to the sender. I then get repeated bills from K.C. O'Hare, Customer Service Representative for $36.90 and am threatened with collection action, etc.
The bills have no 800 phone number to call, so it is difficult to tell them to stop sending the books and bills. Only after going to the internet was I able to find their phone number (800-678-5835)
