I like everyone else attempted assistance from the BBB by using the telephone initially. I did'nt have long distance so went out to purchase $5.00 calling card. My first call instructed me to put in company name I was inquiring about of course they had no information on the company. I was then instructed to try another phone# for my company in question. At that point a recording comes on asking you to put in your destination # whatever that might be. So I then put in the same # to be put on hold which I waited for about 3 minutes and could'nt distinghish whether I was really waiting for assistance because it sounded like I was just out there in optic-fiber-wire-space. On my second attempt the same thing happen again. Needless to say my calling card slowly decreased in funds and I was never able to speak with a live person or get any info on the company.

My next step was faxing them which cost me $4.00 at Kinkos, they took almost 3 weeks to respond just to let me know that they had no reports or my inquiry. Stating that this generally means that the firm has not been the subject of a significant # of inquiries in the past 3 years. The bureau recommends that I find out how long the firm had been in business and if register under different names, that I could feel free to contact them with more info. Come on if I have to do all that what good is the BBB for?

Need I say I did'nt bother to spend anymore money on this very helpful organization. So what I spent included the cost of faxing, service fees, and calling cards resulted to still being at point (A.) Hey with the telephone system the BBB has their service charge for doing nothing can really add up. "Lol"
