This person is Alley Mandooyee and they write bad checks and run a bad check scam using the name Alley Mandooyee. Alley Mandooyee is a big con-artist.

Alley Mandooyee has written hundreds of bad checks in VA that are fake checks. These fake checks are printed on a computer with fake information on them. They use the checks at small stores and flea markets to buy small items with high value. I suppose to resell these items for an easy illegal profit.
Over 18 businesses have told me about being scammed by Alley Mandooyee after I ran a small ad in a local paper looking for others scammed by Alley Mandooyee.
