I ordered a digital camera from these guys. In order to complete the order they had us call in and verify our order. When we called in they were nice and said the product should ship with in a couple days. I called 5 days after my order and asked to verify the order. The guy was a total jerk and yelled at me telling me I can't expect it to be shipped yet and if I wanted a refund then I can, I asked to speak with the manager. The guy put me on hold for 15 minutes. I called back and asked for Steve, who was the guy that verified my order. Steve was much nicer and told me that it will be shipped on the next business day and should be to my house within a week.

After waiting a week I called again, this time I asked for Steve right off. When Steve got on the phone he told me that they did not have the camera in stock. He asked me to wait another week and it might come in. I started to do a little more research into the company and found out, the website was started in mid-2008 not 2001 as they claim on their site. The site is also registered by http://www.domainsbyproxy.com/ I am sure they do this to avoid people finding them when they rip them off. Also when i googled the address it came up as a residential neighborhood, not a business. This is not a real store and the website is selling things that they do not have. I am currently waiting a refund.
