As much as I hate BoA, several things about this post don't add up. The first thing you post is that she makes her payments on line, WHEN SHE GETS PAID. "Sometimes she never gets her bills to the day it's due or 2 days before". Are you talking about her credit card or some other bills? If we were talking about her credit card, and she is paying on line as you say, she doesn't have to wait for the bill to come "in". She can go on line and look up the balance/amount due or call on the phone and get the same information. She knows the bill is due on a given date. If she plans on mailing it, she has to mail it a week or so in advance. If she pays on line, it takes a day or two to post depending on. Or, she really has to wait until she gets paid. That line about "someone" put charges on her card and the bank didn't notice. WTF? If they weren't her charges that could be easily settled by calling the bank up and filing a protest aganist the charges. No Sir, the information in this post doesn't add up.
