Flagstar Bank 30400 Telegraph rd.-suite 200 Bingham Farms Michican 48025

This is a long one,I received a letter on April 14, 2000stating that our morgage had been sold to home side lending all payments after 5-1-2000 were to be made to them. I received a payment coupon from Homeside. So I made my May payment,I was behind so I was expecting them to call about the pastdue amount,they did'nt
july I received my payment back with the coment they don't have the loan. I called them I was on the phone with them around an hour,with no luck they said they would check in to it but they did'nt think they had it. While waiting on Homside to find us, Flagstar starts forclosure. I call Flagstar they agree to stop forclosure if I pay pastdue payments and their legal fees. I told them I would pay payments but not their fees.I contacted my lawyer they sent them aletter that we were contesting this.A lady named Judy calls me from Flagstar and ask me why we are contesting it I told her and faxed her all the papers I have, she said she would put the forclosure on hold until she checked into it and she was never heard from again! They went to the clerk of court and continued with the forclosure while I'm waiting on Judy to call me back! A week or so later I receive a letter saying they will put our house in the paper the following wendsday.I tried to reach Judy with no luck I called Flagstar they said that they would'nt do anything till we paid everything, our house is to be auctioned off 9-19-2000.I was desperate so I called Homeside again(I really don't know why)and the lady asked if I had called the day before,I told her no why? She said a lady had called to find out what was going on with her loan,(Flagstar)her house was put up for forclosure to!The exact same thing has happened to her,I could'nt get her name but if she somehow hears about my problem maybe we can get together and get something done to save our homes I don't know where her home stands but I'm running out of time! Please help save my home!
