It has been a total nightmare for 2 years. I have been thrown in foreclosure 3 times and every time i have not been behind. This last time I have been making my payments 2 weeks ahead of time and send the payments registered mail so I receive a green card in the mail that they have received my payments. They now as date tell me that I am over 30 days past due, WRONG. I also requested a breakdown of my account and one Sat. I received a letter addressed to me and a breakdown of an account with all account information, SS # and address of another poor sole that has their loan with Ocwen. It seems that this is illegal. When is this going to stop. I have owned 2 other homes and never have I ever had part of payment go into an account called "SUSPENSE" OR "SUSPENSE EXPENSE". Why hasn't the Federal Government done something about this, ISN'T THAT WHY WE PAY TAXES FOR IS TO PROTECT US FROM CROOKS LIKE THIS SO CALLED BANK?
