SASHA ALEX AZARMI - Wachovia Securities Sasha Azarmi scammed and mislead me into investing into a Franklin-TJNL annunity that he guaranteed me my principle was would be protected and it was not a stock account. He said I could get my money back in 5 years. He lied it was stock and in a few months I have lost close to $10,000 and the company said it was a 14 year account. I was told that this was the only and very best policy for me (an aging senior citizen in poor health). He coerced me into taking a variable annuity and withheld information telling me that I could just as well have a fixed annuity.

I was coerced into taking this annuity, which I did not understand. I was mislead. Sasha Alex Azarmi was only interested in high commission. During the 30 day look over period,I was never contacted to go over the policy. in fact,Mr. Azarmi never contacted me, until he found out that I was going to report him in March of 2008. If he says he contacted me-this is a lie to cover himself.

2. Phil Winterson, who is the Wachovia Securities manager in charge of Sasha
Alex Azarmi, called me on my cell phone in April. He told me that he would support Mr. Azarmi and not help me in any way. I asked for another financial representative and he told me that I could no longer have any other representative “that no one would want me!” He said that they would keep my money, but I would not have a financial advisor. If I had questions, I could call him, even if he was biased toward Mr.Azarmi. Mr. Winterson got some of Mr. Azarmis commission from my investment; so he didnt want to have anything to do with my dissatisfaction of complaints and quickly dismissed me.I was treated with extreme prejudice by Mr. Winterson, who spoke to me only once.(I have lost about $10000 in six months). I was told my money was protected. it was a lie. I have to wait 14 years to ever see the principal in total. I may not live to ever see my money again.

3. I contacted Ken Thompson, Cairman President CEO of Wachovia Bank by letter, Dan
Luderman, President & CEO Wachovia Securities by certified signed letter and Stan Kelly, Sr. Executive VP and President of Wealth Management by certified signed letter. NONE OF THESE PEOPLE ANSWERED MY LETTERS. I have received no responses, help, interest or acknowledgement of this fraud perpetrated on me by this deceiving Wachovia Securities financial Representative Sasha Alex Azarmi, who only cared about his commission and did not care if I lost my money. He told me it was my fault for signing the contract. This was a selfish, deceiving scam.
