I ordered a couple of products from the BOBSA NJ website in September that was supposed to get to me within a week. A week later my product was still being listed as processing on the website. I contacted BOBSA NJ through their website asking about what was going on with my order. With no response a few days later, I contacted them through one of the email addresses several times with no response.
I sent an email to the BOBSA's contact us address and got the response that my email was successful in being sent. A couple of days later I called BOBSA), got the voicemail and left my information telling them what my issue was. No one ever called me back and I proceeded to call them almost daily for the next week or so at a different time each day hoping that I could get in contact with someone. No response to date. I wrote a letter and sent it to the San Francisco office and not response.
I can only assume that BOBSA has no intention of sending me the product and ripped me off for $25.56. I sent a letter to BOBSA requesting that they send a merchant's credit to my discover card account and to date I have not received a credit. Something definitely needs to be done with this fraudulent company.
BOBSA has yet to make any effort to contact with me. BOBSA numerous online beauty supply stores listed and are supposed to be in different states. I caution anyone against buying from any online BOBSA store, especially if PayPal is not used, due to their lack of any type of business standards.
