The reports here are only a few pieces of information from a couple of people. There is a wealth of research information and journal articles supporting the science and technology behind the development of Arasys, Perfector and Ion Magnum is readily available and has been for quite some time. Arasys Perfector LLC provides references right in the back of their manual to over 200 sources that are available for anyone to read if they so choose.

I personally have dealt with Xanya Weiss and Arasys and have had nothing but trouble. Xanya runs a hit and run business. Sell you a machine and then does not service and remedy problems, then lies about it.
Susan - who I have met - will say anything to defend the company. She's a great salesperson, but when she eventually finds out the company (Xanya Weiss) is using used parts, selling used machines as new and doctoring up before and after pics, she may want to look for another job. Please Susan, if you have integrity, don't work for Xanya. You can do much better.

Dear KC, I am sorry that you are tending to believe what is in this report instead of checking with the company itself for further information. The unfortunate part of these kind of things is that anyone, I mean anyone can write anything about a person or business with substantial evidence and make a report. I frightens me that it could even happen to you or me by an ex-employee or someone who just decides they don't like us one day. I assume that you are in business or you would not of been looking at technoligies at the show.
I too am in business for myself and would tend to call the company and find out what is going on and why I should buy their equipment after reading something like this. This unfortunatley is the doings of 2 ex-employees that have been terminated. And let's assume that we have made a mistake or 2 not shipping something perfectly or returning a call or 2 in a timmley manner. We are human and we are in a very fast growing company because the technologies we promote are nothing less than amazing. With that comes growing pains from time to time and for eveyone person that we might of made a human mistake on there is a list of 50 that will tell you how our equipment has changed their business. I urge you to at least reconsider your action and give me a call to get you the proper information.
Sincerely, Susan

I feel it is my personal duty to support the claims of those out there who have noticed what I know to be true, and to do my best to debunk the myths and falsehoods that are put up by those misguided few within the company who try and cover up these posts online with their own explanations for why you, the reader, should ignore the carefully crafted, well supported information about Arasys Perfector LLC, and its fraudulent "hit and run" business practices.
The company DOES focus on one or two sales a month, courting people with fabricated "research" articles and doctored imagery, and then following up with visits all over the US by pushy salespeople who come in to do a one time demonstration on a number of individuals and then propose "if the demo works this well, imagine how much progress you'll see after 10 treatments!"
Unfortunately, around 50 people have been suckered by Susan Rathunde and her blond fast-talking associate Carrie Deters. They are powered by hot-air, just like Xanya Weiss, and they make a pretty penny (upwards of 6,000 dollars a sale) for peddling these lies.
The PROBLEM is that the machine's effects are semi-permanent, and the results with this substandard equipment tend to plateau after three or so treatments. You need to do far more treatments than they advertise to attain noticeable results, and they WILL NOT LAST like Xanya and her associates claim. I have taken COUNTLESS calls from dissatisfied customers who don't even WANT their machines anymore.
Many customers who based their businesses entirely on arasys and perfector have lost money due to the lack of support from the company side. The defenders of the company will cite a good attitude and "growing pains."
However, this company is not GROWING at all. It feeds on a few new unsuspecting leads at a time, and like a wolfpack, it spends most of its time inwardly dividing up the money after making a kill.
Stay away from these people!
