First, I am not an ex-employee out for revenge. I personally have dealt with Xanya Weiss and her shoddy Arasys Perfector company from a consumer/spa owner perspective. I have had nothing but trouble for close to three years. I am so sorry I bought these machines. It is long overdue for me to write this Ripoff report.

First about the Arasys and Perfector machines. They are old technology from 20 years ago. Arasys Perfector has just fancied up their equipment and then sells it for 3 - 4 times what it is worth. This is not my opinion; this is according to an engineer's report. You can get a similar machine for about 50% - 60% off the price that Arasys Perfector sells them for. The Ion Magnum must be overpriced too!!!

Xanya Weiss' Arasys Perfector company is very disorganized. Her company is very badly run. They have substandard training, lousy support and follow-up and do not know how to remedy issues. Xanya Weiss runs a hit and run business -- she sells you a machine and then does not service and remedy problems, then lies about most of it all.

Many, many spa owners and doctors can provide proof of this. You will only need to purchase an Arasys, Perfector or Ion Magnum and then later see how they deal with you to know what I am talking about.

Do NOT trust Xanya Weiss or any Arasys Perfector employee or salesperson. They want to sell you and are just spewing out what she tells them and much of it is lies. Many of them do not know it though because these are closely guarded Xanya lies.

Susan Rathunde and the other salespeople will say anything to defend the company and make a sale. Susan is a great salesperson, but when she eventually finds out the company (Xanya Weiss) is using used parts, selling used machines as new and altering before and after pics, she may want to look for another job. Please Susan or any other Arasys Perfector employee, if you have any integrity, don't work for Xanya Weiss.

P. S. Xanya Weiss holds a PhD from The School of Social Research in NYC. She is a Psychologist. She knows very little about microcurrent and nano technology, regardless of what she tells you about Ohms law!

There is not such customer who has our machines. None of our California customers are called Lisa. We do not have any dissatisfied customers, only employees who are very bitter for losing the opportunity to work with us.

My name is not Lisa. You are correct. I used that to maintain anonymity as most do on this Ripoff site to protect themselves. What I wrote about Xanya Weiss and Arasys Perfector is accurate and truthful.

We offer world class quality service and if you are for real you will call our office to request our services, Lisa, or whoever you are. But my guess is that you are William or Billy, the drug addict employee that we fired as result of misconduct and coming stoned to work and who has nothing better to do but defame a company that is becoming the most successful company in the World, since we now have the exclusive rights for the World. All we asked you to do is get off drugs and come back to work. You destroyed all your chances with your own two hands. Finally now the company is filling a law suit against you with our newly retained lawyers. We needed to follow procedure and sent you a cease and desist letter which is necessary prior to filing the lawsuit. You received the letter and then posted another defamatory report under your own name Billy Sage. So you gave us the "go" on the lawsuit in a silver platter. Sincerely, Jonathan.

What I wrote about Xanya Weiss and Arasys Perfector is accurate and truthful.

I will say it again.

Arasys Perfector has substandard training, lousy support and follow-up and do not know how to remedy issues. Arasys Perfector is also very disorganized and badly run.

In addition, the Arasys and Perfector machines are way over-priced and over-hyped. Call the UK and ask what they are selling them over there for.

The high price in the United States is Xanya Weiss' exorbitant mark-up to pay hefty commissions to her sales people and pocket the rest.

Unfortunately, Radiance Altamonte in Altamonte Springs, FL, is now out of business. They owned two of each of the Arasys and Perfector machines and could not make their business work.

Because of a hefty investment in over-priced Arasys and Perfector machines, poor support and training from Arasys Perfector in helping them get results on clients - for these and other reasons Radiance Altamonte went out of business.

Everything i am saying about Xanya Weiss and Arasys Perfector is accurate and truthful.

You can have the best equipment in the world and still not be successful. That is a well known fact that people who really have an understanding of business are fully aware. Apparently "Lisa" is not at all knowledgeable about business and "she" certainly knows nothing of our customers. Companies go out of business all the time for a variety of reasons that have nothing to do with the equipment they purchased. The failure of the business that "she Lisa (or he?)" refers to above went out of business for reasons not related to the Arasys and Perfector systems or their performance. The reasons are well documented, however, we will not disclose any information about their closing just as we do not disclose information about others.

Lisa (?), you, like Susan (?) and Nail Spa (?), just continue to prove that you lack factual information, have little if any understanding of good business practices (including importing, sales, distribution, and spa management), profess to have inside information which you don't, and simply want to continue to harass Arasys Perfector for you own personal vendetta's. Not one of you (if you are more than one person) has even called the corporate office to discuss in person any issues that you may have. How un-professional is that? We stand ready as always to talk with our customers about their products and any issue that they may have, be that with equipment or with their business model, and to provide customer support, education, and training.

Thank you Lisa for this opportunity to demonstrate once again how you and others continue to put incorrect information on this website about Arasys Perfector, its products, its employees, and its family of customers.

I used to work for Lisa. She is a depressed lady who simply cannot do anything right. I was trained how to use the equipment and opened a small spa where I only offer Arasys and Perfector treatments.

On my opening night I did demos on a number of people who had responded to my ad and paid off both of my machines from the packages I sold that night. I don't understand why Lisa is so bitter. I think she is bitter about everything. I tried to help her, I wanted her to succeed, but she did not want to succeed.

All she did was blame others. And then I realized that she was beyond help. I got a loan, bought my own machines and now I am having a good steady income thanks to Arasys and Perfector. By the way, everything that Lisa is saying about these machines are lies, she is just bitter and she's taking it out on the machines. If she did not have these machines she would be probably homeless because these machines are giving her a decent living. Sorry Lisa. I saw this report of you and I just had to say the truth.
