I purchase items on there web site for my bathroom. They charged my card immediately. I got a receipt from the company e-mailed to me. I waited for a tracking number and nothing. I called them over 10 times nothing. They don't answer their phones its like a home answering machine. I e-mailed numerous times, nothing.

I have had to call my credit card company to get my money back. Don't buy from these people you will get screwed royally! You will have the frustration of all the calls and no call back or e-mail and then the frustration of getting your money back. Thank God it wasn't a money order!

This customer got her order within 5 business days. All our emails & phone calls where answered with vulgarity from the customer.

We go out of our way to please customers but some are just unreasonable.
