Irene or whoever is claiming to be her listen up Luis is going to have to pay when we go to court January 25, 2005 Tuesday. Also, he never took the paternity test because he knows the truth our son is 100% his. I have him on tape admitting this along with his apology boo hoo for him which I can use in civil court since he phoned me quite a few times. I am sure certain things he said to me he does not want public too late he should have thought about that before he played games with our son. So what happens now? Hmm, let's see first the magestry will declare Luis to be our son's birth father because he failed to take the test and admitted in open court he knows our son is his but certain people wanted to be 100% sure wonder who that could be -then he will court order him to pay 17% of his pay, income, assets to our child. And if by some very slight chance he did indeed quit his job well then its off to jail. Think I am lying why don't you come down to Queens Family Court in NY at 9:15 AM part 20 and see for yourself. He chose the wrong magestry to play with. He was warned back in November if his finacial information was not in what will happen. Don't worry Irene they have his Social Security and all the info they need to get him. Lastly, if he did quit his job then how come he continues to pay you child support? Duh, wanna try another lie? I find your emails quite amusing and funny really. It just goes to show that you have not grown up at all over the years. Your still a dim witted half cent tramp who can't spell nor get a real job. Luis took it upon himself to father four children with three different mothers. When the relationships ended due to his physical and emotional abuse he turned his back on his children. By posting on this site it has helped get the information for child support enforcement to go after him. Now I have enough information and proof he committed numerous accounts of pergury in court to hide and conceal his assets. It takes two to make a child and two should support that child. For those of you who think you know it all walk in our shoes before you speak. These children are inoccent of what there father did and should not have to do without. Come November 7, 2005 I will use every single proof I have to nail this bastard to the wall and make sure he owns up to what he has done. He has houses, a brand new truck and more but claims he can't afford his child support. My child is his oldest but I am doing this for all of his children to make sure they are all support they way the should be. He can run but can't hide because I am always two steps ahead of whatever game he is cooking up and this time I have the proof to send him to jail with or fined by the Judge. THe judge warned him about pergury but he thought he was so good he won't get caught. What goes around comes around and God will punish him also.

I have a little information I think you would like to know.
According to A source. Mr. Luis Acosta has quit his job with metro electric. (Which I have verified) He has supposedly left the state and his wife (here say) but who knows, and has lost his driving licenses. (I hope so) good job child support enforcement!!!
So I wouldn't hold my breath on him sending his financial information any time soon to the court. Just thought you would like to know this little info. What else would “we” expect from a deadbeat dad???? Run forest Run. How long can he hide is the question?

This is an open letter to Ms. Vega and Mr. Acosta. I am married to Louise as of February 14, 2005. We are getting ready to leave for our honeymoon in Italy. Since both of you nutcases loss I suggest you get on with your lives and leave us alone. Ms. Vega you have harrassed my wife and her son for months and months-get over it, all your games blow up in your face. As for Mr. Luis Acosta well its too late-you lost in court and now your son calls me DAD not you.
You had a chance to make up to him after walking out of his life for years to become a father yet once again you proved you were not a man. I love Arthur as if he was my own son and treat him such.
You will never get near my son - yes I am Arthur's father now. You lost the right to have him call you dad. A real father does not lie over and over to his own child to protect his wallet.
Whatever child support the court gets out of you will go to Arthur to do as he wishes. So you see the losers are you two so I would suggest that you stay out of our lives let my son and wife live a peaceful life and keep your drama and theatrics in Florida.

For all the single parents whether they be men or women who are fighting to get their children child support from the non-custodial parent do not give up justice will be served. Luis Acosta had no place to run or hide this time. On Tuesday, February 14, 2006 at around 11AM justice was served. Threaten with jail time if he did not submit to the court his w2 form for 2005 he complied and now my child is getting 17% of his pay after the two orders for his order children in florida and taxes are deducted. Was it worth the trouble, time and nonsense of the crazy rantings of Irene yes it was. The money goes directly to my child and what he needs and wants. Unlike Irene I have a good paying job since I earned my college degree and make 10x's the minimun wage she does I don't need his money but I will make damm sure my child is provided for. See Irene you are nothing but a disgusting, sick, twisted, uneducated high school dropout, cheap whore who thinks by posting nonsense and harassing people will get her somewhere in life.
It's a pity your own daughter left home, oops, he told the Judge Samantha was living with him and his current wife. So while you are ranting raving and just being nuts your own kid took off. I have nothing further to say to you but this JUSTICE WAS SERVED SO WHO IS CRYING LIKE THE BITCH NOW?

Irene I have asked you repeately to stop harrassing my wife, myself and our son but you just can't seem to do that. Is this how you spend your day, then I feel you need to rethink your life. he wants to be dad when it cost him nothing but when he has to help support the child he helped make then he runs. They are all crazy in Florida, from Luis to Irene and it is affecting there children not my child. Luis made wow don't faint one payment of court ordered child support and not even the right amount wow a whole forty dollars which I gave to my son and he went out and brought a new video game which I still had to add on to.
My son is now almost sixteen years old and his sperm donor father tried to play emotional blackmail games with him but it backfired and he told his sperm donor father exactly what a loser he is in life.
My husband is a real man and my son and he are like real father and son something Luis does not know how to relate to. He is a penny pinching bastard when it comes to his kids but he goes out and buys Miracle cologne by Estee lauder for men which runs around $33.00 a ounce, why he buys it is beyond me its not doing him any miracles he should wear deadbeat daddy cologne that has the stench of a loser which he knows he is.
The loser will be busted once again from NY State Child support since he failed to pay his court order but that is ok because my son will never do without like his other kids.
As for Irene she is nothing but a whore.
She slept with his married boss in dirty hotels on Rockaway Blvd. in Ozone Park Queens, NY the Aqua dirty motor inn then when he dumped her ass she slept with Luis behind my back and probably half or more of the autobody. She thinks when someone says open they mean her legs.

Luis A. Acosta Jr. is being charged by NY Child Support Enforcement with contempt of court, perjury, concealment of funds and a host of other charges. So big mouth who is laughing now? These are serious crimes in NY and unlike Florida child support are taken seriously. So while you keep struggling to get out of your poverty hell hole I get the last laugh. Once the paperwork is done he will be served and then the fun begins. I guess he really likes prison since you had him arrested so he claims while you two were together. But it will be justice served to see his ass fry. While he sits in jail for contempt and perjury my son, myself, my husband and I will be moving into our four bedroom two bath glorious home in Howard Beach, NY. You see Irene the moral of the story is this you work hard for what you want and it pays off or in your case you can lie on your back being a whore and thinking a man is going to support you and still be living in the property you lived in your whole life. I don't know any of the mothers that are involve in this battle nor Luis Acosta. But I came upon some information on Luis that I thought might be helpful to the mothers of his children. Luis is working for Crum Staffing Agency in Clearwater Florida. He was sent to Metro Electric Inc. in Clearwater right down the block from Crum to work for them long term.
He is not paid through Metro but Crum every Tuesday. He has been there since February 16, 2005 and use a ss# that was not his then gave them recently his real ss#.
I do background checks for companies since the new law went into effect for each state that once a new employee is hired their ss# must be reported so child support enforcement can see if any back money is owed by this person.
His name came up and I belong to a group for parents who are fighting for their child support PASCE@yahoo.com and his name was mentioned as being a deadbeat.
I hope this information helps the mothers get the support they are owed. If they have a court order for support and he is not paying or owes arrears all you have to do is contact your local child support enforcement agency and give them the above information then they can send a incoming deduction order to Crum to withhold earnings against his pay for the due support.
Also, I understand what each mother is saying and the issues they have with Luis and each other. I would only like to say to them, I don't know the whole story but you are all working for one common goal to make sure your children recieve the support they are due, it would be good if you can all put your differences aside and all three of you band together and go after Luis to make sure each child gets their support.
Let the past be in the past, let go of the anger and work together to bring justice for these children. Nobody can undue the past or the mistakes they made. You all have a common goal here to make sure he supports his children why not work together to see that happen? Anyway I hope this information helps you guys and your children. God Bless

first off I would like to say I am glad that a dead beat dad got caught ..... if in deed he did. I say this for a few reasons.
First off, that it was brought to this forum is rediculous. If somone is harassing you you take it to the cops, courts, block their phone number, don't read their emails excetera from what I have read here you have chosen to accept the harassment and then put continue it here.

Now as for Steve, I am glad that your "son" ( I will get to why I am using quotes in a second) now has what apears to be a responsible father figure. as to why I used quotes on that .. speaking as an adopted child who in the course of finding his adoptive mother learned a bit of adoption law for Pensylvania and for New York , if his father doesn't alow for the adoption he can prevent it, just somthing for you to think about.
As for his fathers working .. he couldn't work for metro and colect pay from crum employment services in the state of florida - that would be illegal according to florida law, unless he was working for Crum and they sourced him as an agency to Metro. The only other way Crum could be paying him is if they were an accountancy / payroll firm which they are not.
Now in closeing, I stated that you each chose to continue this thread, just as I have done this once. I won't be reading this again I only wanted to give some facts in respect to some of the fiction that I had seen in the thread from all sides. Tara no I don't have alot of time on my hands but when people lie, cheat and try to harm my child then the bitch in me comes out to defend my child to the death. Speaking as a mother I do what I have to do to make sure he is supported like his half-brothers and sister nor will I let a person such as Irene talk trash. Yes, my language was vulgar at times, unfortunely that is all Irene understands. After getting constant emails and phone calls I had enough. As for putting my personal life out there as you say no my personal life is not out there for all to see. This site is intended to post deadbeats and liars. It took this site to get justice so i am not crazy. Maybe if you walked in my shoes or the shoes of single mothers and fathers you would understand better. As to Gina I did not get your post until today on Luis, because my husband, myself and "our" son were away on vacation and just returned. Thank you for the info maybe it will be of help to Irene. My husband hired a PI and found out all the info and child support busted him once again. He does not work for Crum but his company Metro electric allows there employees to use that service for payroll. Child support here in NY is looking into bringing charges against Luis for failure to follow and obey a court order among others. I don't want to say too much until he is served with the paperwork.

Hello, I am the original poster and I have read your comments. Please know the facts before you speak. As for Metro Electric they use Crum Staffing for their payroll account. Secondly, for the harrassement I did repeatly report it to my local precient and since the calls were blocked coming to my cell they trace it to a pay phone in Florida. The emails, cards etc were reported. By posting on this site it has made them aware that what they have done is for everyone to see and finally they have stopped. There is a suit in question against them but until we go to court I can't say much. My son considers my husband his dad and once my son turns twenty one he can officially change his last name to his stepfather's and in NY he does not need his birth father's permission to have his "Dad" legally adopt him since it is considered legal abadoment after five years if a parent has not contact on their own accord for their child or supports them. So you see Mr. Acosta had no contact with his child for 15 years and then only for a few months. I have had my and my son's cell phone numbers changed we moved and all home numbers are unlisted. So you see we have moved on with our lives and do not care what goes on in Florida. We just want to be left alone to live our lives in peace. You may not agree with my choice on posting this on here but when Ms. Vega decides to defame my name and character I stood up for myself. I have nothing to be ashamed of and have done nothing wrong. Too bad some people like her are not born with morals and respect for the law that is why the judges will handle this. Thank you

Gina you are right this is what is right for the children. I don't know the mother of Luis youngest child but do know he has a court order for support for him and two others with Irene in Florida. I am sure he did not report he is working so I called Florida child support and informed them he is working where he is working and when he started back at work. I gave them his social security number so they could find the two income orders for the children. Unlike some people who would have done nothing there are still my son's half brothers and sister and they all deserve their father's support. As for Tara I do things the legal way just ask Luis new wife. She thought harrassing me on my cell and harrassing my son would get me to drop the case against Luis but you know what I saved all her voice messages to my cell and filed a formal complaint with her employer with proof what what she was doing during company time, using a company phone so now she will think twice about playing games she won't win because I have the law on my side.
