I believe I fell victim of a real estate scam. My house was going in to foreclosure and had to do something fast. Waldman was one of my options. I decided to go with them.

The deal, I was to believe, was that they would assist me in getting it out of foreclosure and help me to get back on my feet.

The house was apraised at $460,000.00. They low balled it to 430,000.00 and put that in the trust fund in my name, with the option to by my house back at the same price of 430,000.00.

I was advised they had a vestor that would be put on the title of my home and myself as the trustee, that way there would be no way I would loose my home to this person. Also, there would be a trust fund opened in my name to pay for the mortgage while I was unemployeed due to being layed off.

They paid off the balances of the 1st and 2nd mortgages (that were going in to foreclosure), the property taxes and anything else that was due, out of the trust fund. The balance was mine to pay the current mortage that they provided while I was seeking employment.

All was quiet for a while, but then I made a payment towards my trust fund to help bring that amount back up and assist me in providing a down payment to buy my house back. Low and Behold... I get this notice in the mail from a lawyer stating "Pay Rent or Quit". I called Waldman and told them of the notice and they advised me to ignore it. Within a few days of that I suddenly get 4 or 5 men, from Crenshaw Landlord Service DBA Eviction Service, literally banging on the door and trying to pry windows open. When they could not get the windows open they proceeded to the backyard, taking pictures and measurements and trying to pry more windows open.

This is only the beginning of the events. Waldman claims to have a lawyer working on this and that she, Adrienne Atkins, "had no leg to stand on". I asked a PI look in to this more and found Ms. Atkins also has two Social Security Numbers and several aliases, (aka Adrian Atkins, Adrienne Gibbs, Adrienne Gibbs-Whitehead, to name a few)

Waldman also has associations with Crenshaw through other apartment complexes.

I'm not sure how many others are going through this but in doing a title search I found 4 other homes in Ms. Atkins name and that she worked for Waldman.

Well, guess what... This person is now trying to take my home and my name failed to get on the title as a trustee. I only had $200,000.00 left ot pay on the house and now it's back up to almost triple that.

Please help me keep my home for my two children. My son is 7 years old and my daughter is 5. And these people are not refraining taking action in front of them.
