Addison Bachman (626-335-1000) and Jack Jackson (626-255-4557) hof Baja Pools spent 10 months lying and showing up a few days a month while collecting huge sums of money and never completing job. despite constant promises and begging for me not to report them - they abandoned the project.

now there is a lien on my house from sub-contractors for money that addison stole from us.

here is his email to me from 2 days ago.

Mr. *******,

Please be advised that Baja Pools closed its doors about 2 weeks ago. Baja Pools Inc. is completely insolvent and bankrupt. I'm sure this is not a great surprise to you but I felt you should know. All future remedies will be determined by the bankruptcy courts. To that extent any further communication regarding this matter will be done under advisement.

Please consider this information and pursue as you wish. All we can offer today is our sincere apology.

Addison B. Bachman

These people need to be prosecuted!

Just a short note to all consumers. If you hire any contractor, make him get a Performance Bond. This way in the event that the work in not to your satisfaction, He can not force to pay nor put a mechanics lean against you. If he refused to get the Bond, then that's telling you something. In the event that it is not called a performance bond in your state, just call your insurance company and ask them. The contractor has to put up the bond, not you.

Took that pig Addison to small cllaims and won a multi-thousand dollar judgement against Baja Pools.
I will never rest until I know Addison is completely unable to ever ripoff anyone else the way he did all of us innocent folks.
