First of all I was going through a tough time in my life, a divorce. Single Parent of two I discovered a water leak in the shower walls. It was a small leak and over time rotted the entire bathroom floor. There was a very bad case of black mold under the house. I am insured by Farm Bureau of SC my adjuster came out and looked at the damage. He asked me did I have anyone in mind to fix the problem. I told him no. He said that there was a company out of Indian Trail NC that specialized in this type of work. YEAH RIGHT!

The adjuster called Mickey and Mickey called me said he was swamped, however he could come out today that he needed to start The water removal/mold remediation asap. I could not be there and he sent someone to put two fans under my house. He billed my insurance 7000.00 for mold removal he was suppose to replace boards underneath the house that had mold on them he did not. The crew that came out had no experience as contractors. Mickey came out on one occassion and promised me the world and left, just long enough to sweet talk the adjuster. I was in the process in moving out of this house to get ready to sell. I was not there to supervise didn't know I should have had to that's what the 29000.00 he took from the insurance company was for.

I returned to the home about every week to see that nothing was being acomplished other than the biggest mess I have ever seen. These people destroyed personal property. I had a beautiful home until these people came in. They ruined the harwood floors, jacuzzi tub, carpet, my childs bed, windows, mirror, and too much to mention. I was told in the middle of the job the tile that I picked was discontinued. (it wasn't) The tile was placed directly on sheetrock not contrete board. The man laying the tile had no idea what he was doing. Mickey told me that he would put in a double vanity because when he removed the old one they damaged it. I said great I picked one out and told him the item number. He told me numerous times that he had picked it up and it was at his shop. I never saw a vanity.

This company is very fraudulant. The tile I had to rip out cost 1100.00. Mickey received 8000.00 for the same tile. (tile only) They laid the tile wrong and I told him he was going to have to fix it it said that's fine I will bill Farm Bureau again. Guess What HE DID!!! This went on for 4 and half-months until I mentally could not take it. I called my adjuster and told him my concerns and I told him I did not know how much money he had given him but to stop. He said you know how much Mickey told me he was bringing you the checks to endorse. Also I gave him the draw he said he was a day or two away from being complete. I said WHAT I never signed anything. Little did I know he forged 29000.00 in insurance and I have nothing. He has not only taken the money and run he has robbed me and my family of seven months of our lives.

I don't want any other family to endure what we have gone through simply over a shower leak. He will steal you blind and promise the world. BEWARE. This man told me has cancer. He had chemo one day the very nextday he told me he was getting his wig. I hope he was sincere. Also this man is not Licensed Insured Bonded. He thinks he is getting away with this but I have news for him I Cannot sleep at night until he is stopped. I don't know how he sleeps at night knowing what he has done to people. I am only one of the few.
