My complaint against Real Estate Assignment club/nomoneydownsolutions.com
My situation started in April 2007.I was looking for apartments for rent and googled rentals and realestate,it then lead me to a web page that had rental listing and other realestate related listings. I enter my name and number, afew day later I started recieiving phone calls from them I finally answered and the sales pitch began. I spoke to someone named Stephen Willey the guy proceeded to ask did I own my own home and such and what I would be willing to invest.I tolld him I was really looking for an apartment but some kind of way the conversation was turned toward the NOMONEYDOWN .COM website. He give me temporary access to the site to show what they(supposedly) do. He then ask if i was interested in making money in real estate,I was interested and it went from there, the pitch for MY REAL ESTATE PARTNERS THE COMPANY BEHIND NOMONEYDOWN.COM.

He then realed me in even more by giving me his personal cell number which after I agree to pay for a 6 month membership costing $599.00 plus processing fee.He said I could contact him at that number if there were any problems. I called the number to be sure I could reach him at that number like he said.A day or two passed and after my money was collected by the company I could not reach him from then on(no answer).

It kept getting worse from there on.I couldn't reach Stephen Willey ever again, and when I did call I got the run around. I then started getting concerned thinking I may have been SCAMMED . Skip a head a month May 2007. I found houses that I wanted to present to the said investors they listed. The web page that I logged in to was not working, the pass word and pass code NEVER worked. I then become VERY,VERY angry and frustrated after repeatedly calling and getting no where I ask for the owner of the company and refused to take no for an answer. After being hung up on five or six time when waiting on the line for 15 to 20 minute. I curse ranted and raved until I spoke to the owner.

I told her the problem which she claimed she didn't know any thing about.I told her that I logging in a presenting properties to these list investors.I told her my pass word didn't work This was the 3rd pass word that I got from them.Come to find out the website address they told me to log into was just a sample page to sell the company they told me to go to myrealestatepartners.com but The website I should have been going to was the same just with 2007 included (myrealestatepartners2007.com).

The list investors but they did have any wayfor me to persnally get intouch with each listed investor,no email or phone number..nothing. I presented properties and got no response.

I then called and ask how do the investors suppose to be intouch with me if they were interested in a property I had,I didn't get an answer then an still haven't.

Most if not all of the information they have on the website is free on the internet.THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF! please don't deal with them THEY ARE CROOKS..I worked hard for my money that they got from me. I SHOULD HAVE kNOWN IT WAS A SCAM WHEN IT SAY NO REFUNDS.I would not have mind paying the membership fee if the came through with what they promised and said they would do. I'm looking to get legal couselling on sueing REAL ESTATE ASSIGNMENT CLUB for fraud and misrepresenting themselve as a legit company.
