The Rip-Off Report Investigation revealed a demonstrated commitment by DirectBuy to providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues. NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED

Direct Buy.com Sales pitch, questionable shoppers, scam intentions on membership fee extrodanary cost. of near 5k and yearly fee there after of $160 a year. Eatontown New Jersey

Saw the ad run on a paid commercial station advertizing Directbuy.com, then resistered on the website to visit. I was told when arriving we would have an hour introduction period and there after would see the products.

The product display although inticing kept me at bay with the sales pitch of near $5000 to join and pay that day. The sales manager wouldnt consider showing any catolog price to see if a savings for my needs would indeed provide fritful. There were complex sales pitch tactics incorporated in the sales presentation, with little demonstartion of thier product line, although the set up showed a library enviornment claiming to have all manufactures present.

I had asked to be shown a cost comparative prior to considering the high membership fee and was denied access. This demonstrated the scam and unwillingness of this organizations to defraud with no justification of intenstions.
