November 1st 2008 i bought a 2003 Volvo S40 from Central Kia of Plano, Tx. I sighned a contract with payments of 259.00 for 60mnths.I traded a 2001 Toyota Corola for trhis new car with a pay off of $3,900.00. the financing was through AmericanCredit Acceptance. Dealer never did give me any copies of what i sighned because i was told that when everything was posted that i would recieve themby mail.

two weeks later around November 17th i went back to Central Kia and signed another contrat for Cresent Bank with payments of 263.19for 60mnths. I soon got a call from a Clara at the Louisianna branch at (337)474.2968. Clara confirmed that Cresent bank was financing my 2003 Volvo S40 and payments. One week later, i get a call from Angelo Miller(sales person) that i needed to come in and sighn another contract for Crsent Bank. The new contract would read a change innumbers. The new payments would now be $246.97 x 36mnths.

I went in and sighned, and about one week later i get another call (December11th 2008) that Cresent bank will be coming by the dealership to inspect the 2003 Volvo on December12th, 2008. The sunroof was in question at this time. December 19th, 2008 Cresent bank has not been by dealership to look at car.During this time im beeing told that they are working on another way to finance my 2003 Volvo.

During this time my Toyota Corola was sold at auction, but never paid off. I get a call from the place that i bought the Toyota Corola that i h ave not been making my payments, and i told them that i had traded it in and where. Central Kia sent a payment to bring my Toyota current but never paid it off even after it sold at auction. January 2nd, 2009 David Bustos(financing dep.) tells me that my Toyota Corola was beeing returned to me, because Central Kia could not get the Volvo financed.

January 5th 2009 i recieved a check from Central Kia for the refund on my down payment on the 2003 Volvo. This check didi not clear the bank at Comerica Bank that morning. I got my Toyota back on January 9th 2009. Two approvals and three contracts later,i had no Volvo and had to wait for my Toyota, and after recieving the Toyota, it had no spare tire, and no jack and could not get anyone to answer my calls at Central Kia about this.
