Crescent Bank And Trust Horrible to deal with always rude and calling our house even when we are not late New Orleans Louisiana

We purchased a car in 2005 and shortly after we bought it our loan was sold to crescent bank in New Orleans. We had never missed a payment and paid almost $2,000 down so that our payments would be lower. Our payment is due on the 5th of every month but so is our house payment . We cannot afford to pay both with the same check so we requested our due date to be changed about 10 times and every time she says she will send us the form but never does.

We also get calls all of the time they are very rude and vicious.We have never not paid a payment but Once we talked to the manager when we owed 1/2 of a payment for the month and they sent out an order for repossession. The manager said" isn't there someone you can borrow from " i said no and that we would have no money for gas or groceries she said"that was not her problem and there would be someone there to pick up the car"

Our account manager calls all of the time when the payment is late but you can never get a hold of her when it will actually be on time its like they want you to be behind so they can get the fees. We have been paying on our car for almost 3 1/2 years and still owe a lot and we cannot figure out why she will not take the time to get our interest rate and our total owed seems to be getting higher and not lower. This company and its people need to be investigated and something done.My family works so hard to make sure that we pay our bills and be good people but when you are working with crooks it makes everyone look bad.

If anyone knows how to find a new company let us know !
