about 6 months ago my payment book from gmac ended needed final payment book never came. paid payments to baltimore payment center then it closed then paid thru tru pay next 2 months got no info on when or where to pay next. called gmac to get on hold left message no contact. then friday nite after midnite guess what GMAC REPOS MY TRUCK. so saturday morning i call the charlotte n.c. gmac office and they tell me i can resolve this right away on monday morning and for me to call them back monday at 10 am so of course i call monday at 10 am..they tell the paper work is not available yet in dallas texas and give me a number for dallas tx so of course i try the dallas number for 7 hours i was on hold never a human voice NO WAY TO TALK TO ANY GMAC PERSON.
how can i resolve this i have ALL THEIR MONEY INCLUDING THEIR EXTRA FEES but no one will answer a phone at GMAC to take my money and RETURN MY TRUCK which is in Baltimore adding up storage fees and if they hold me off long enough they can sell my truck at auction. if this happens i will surely have my brother in law--the lawyer sue GMAC FOR SURE
ANYONE HAVE A NUMBER TO GMAC FINANCE OFFICE WHERE THEY ANSWER THE PHONE?
