Jefferson and scott associates Federal credit Dept.called to claim i recieved a payday loan and had all my personal info claimed to be suing me and was very threataning. Also gave no additional information in contact numbers and hung up on me several Los Angelos, California

was called both by my husband and i with the threat of suing me for a cash advance i never heard of or received. was told that they would contact my 2 references one job related and one family and also have the federal government freeze my social security number unless i came to California to pay them. they were of eastern dialect and i could hardly get a word in edgewise. they have been severely rude and would not give me any information to resolve this matter. i am very concerned about how they have all my personal details and what they will do with them. you have to stop these people immediately and get the real federal government involved in this so they will not continue to threaten other hard working citizens such as myself. thank you.
