In 9/02 I received a wireless bill of $8000.00 from a unknown phone number to me. When I called the company to resolve the problem, the representative stated that I made the calls and that I was responsible for the bill. I tried to dispute the calls, but the company said that there was no fraud involved and that the calls came from my phone. Therefore I was responsible for the bill. I reported the situation to Federal Communications Commission but the matter has not been resolved yet.

I didn't make the phone calls, but the company still states that I'm responsible for the bill and that I was supposed to pay the bill within 30 days. Please help!
