I purchased a rapid car charger from this E-bay seller (franklinwireless) and after about 6 or 7 weeks the charger would not work without mickey mousing it and holding the cord to the side. Well that only worked for about 2 seconds anyways and now it wont work at all no matter what I do to it. So I e-mailed the company and they told me that since I bought it back in July there was nothing they could do (mind you it had been less than 2 months by this time).
Their auction said "Satisfaction Guaranteed" well I am far from satisfied! So I am out my money and a charger. And now I can still only charge my phone with the home charger, so if I am out and about and the battery dies I am out of luck, I will have no phone. They don't care that their items are crap and won't work after the guarantee expires which is not mentioned on their page so you have no idea what it is whether its 3 days or 30 days.
I am warning everyone I know not to buy from this E-bay seller! Its Franklinwireless, they sell cell phone accessories. They will rip you off like they did me and won't back up what they sell when it stops working on you, all you get is I'm sorry you bought it too long ago for us to do anything about it. All they want is your money!!! Dont give it to them.....
