Our timeframes are not guaranteed - they are estimated. However, if the service provider does not respond as usual for a same day code we gladly refund the difference in the cost of same day and next day code. We still must pay for the code, and we still must rely on a third party since we do not have direct access to the codes.
There are absolutely no refunds on unlock codes unless the code is not found, or it does not work. There is no refund just because of a delay caused by the third party except for the refund of difference between same day and next day price.
I remember this unreasonable lady quite well since it was one of the very few problems we have had out of thousands of orders. Unfortunately the good never gets reported in our society. In Iraq the vast majority of our soldiers do good deed after good deed for the Iraqi people, but do we ever hear about the good they do? No, all we ever hear about is when a few bad soldiers or ex-soldiers murder innocent women and children. At least this site gives me an opportunity to express the other side of the story.
This woman was not satisfied to receive the refund of the difference in same day and next day price. She demanded a full refund AFTER we had already sent her code.
Quite convenient if you ask me. She waits until we send the code, then she claims that another company unlocked the phone and demands a full refund just because we couldn't get it the same day. Everyone I've ever dealt with, and in every deal I have ever done myself... you ask for a refund before you spend your money somewhere else, rather than spending your money somewhere else and then expecting a refund. Well... unless you are willing to risk not getting a refund by jumping the gun. That is what she should have expected. If she talked to us before we sent her code we may have been willing to attempt to cancel the order we made, and in turn offer her a refund. But after the fact just doesn't cut it.
We almost had to call the police on this lady. She called back at least 100 times and tied up our phone lines for 2 - 3 hours.
It comes as no surprise that this lady would waste even more time of her life being negative and talking bad about us, posting personal information about us on this website.
She is a very negative person. The kind of person everyone should do their best to avoid.
Hopefully this won't cause anyone to lose confidence in a company that has delivered correct unlock codes to thousands and thousands of EXTREMELY satisfied customers, just because of one basket case.
