I gave my credit card as a ONE-TIME top-up in September, and after being unhappy with the service i called and i canceled it, and then checked my credit card statement and noticed that they had charged me $40.50 in November.
I then preceded to call them and they said that they would refund the money for November, and after looking at my statement again for October i was yet again charged $40.50. I called back and asked for a refund for October and they flat-out refused to give it.
I would strongly recommend anyone thinking about going with Virgin Mobile NOT to do it.
