The Nickolas sisters are new to the area and big partiers, smoking dope and drinking any booze they can get. They are 17 and 18 years old, not of legal age to drink. Nick Nicolas had to be investigated and approve by CPS so they would give him custody of his elder daughters baby. Ruby bragged about how easy they would pass and get the baby so some of us made it not so easy for her, she is so cocky. Nothing really happened to them, just a slight delay and they had to answer a few more questions. It was no big deal, not like we narced her out or anything but ruby came unglued, i seriously think she has some mental health issues but it could just be the drinking and drugging?

Anyway, it was all done and over back in December 08 and Ruby calmed down after a few days but I have been thinking about it and wondering why CPS didn't do anything? Ruby really does have a drinking problem, especially for a 17 year old. duh isn't it their job to do something? put her in rehab or counceling? pop her with random ua's?She is pretty old for foster care and I wouldnt want her to have to move out of her house, but in all seriousness ISNT IT CPS's JOB TO HELP KIDS LIKE RUBY?

All we told CPS was about her drinking all the time but they asked for proof so we printed out pics from her facebook page but i thin they had more then enough information, evidence if you will, that they should have made some plan to work with Ruby and her dad, but they didn't. Ruby posted a bunch of pics of her, her sister and a couple of school friends all partying with her dad at home and then later at a real New Years Eve Party. CPS's visit to her house hasnt slowed her partying down at all so I want to know WHY IS CPS NOT DOING ANYTHING TO STOP THE DRUG AND ALCOHOL ABUSE?

Makes you really think if CPS would be there when you needed them or if they only show up to help when they have cute little kids they can take away from their parents and adopt out to other families who will buy the kids from cps?

It would be nice if ruby had her shit together before CPS delivers the bay, its 2. I don't think ruby will treat it nice if she doesnt get help and stop drinking everyday. Thanks.

cps should show up without warnng early one weekend or late one night when she is drinking and has the bong out in clear view so they cab catch her red handed.

Hey Chris! hows it going buddy ? how you doing today ? i see a problem here ..... first off who are you to judge anyone who isnt you ? what ever the nicholas sister's want to do is there f*king business.who gives a f*k if they do drink or do smoke dro , are you there father ? mother ? no , didnt think so , so dont worry about what they do and when they do it . and for that matter , dont tell me when you where in high school you didnt get high or drink , cause if you tell me you didnt , your full of it . and as for the baby , i think they would do wonders with him . there great people . so what if they drink ? its not like every person with a child or two dosnt consume alcohol. so please next time think about somthing before you go about talking out of your a* . But then again maybe I have more right, I have personal knowledge of "the Nickolas girls" partying ways.

It is illegal to supply minors with alcohol, especially if they are not your children.
Ruby and Dolly constantly drink alcohol supplied to them by their father, Nick Nickolas. They and their father share this alcohol with the rest of us. Nick Nickolas is breaking the law.

It is illegal to use drugs.
Ruby Nickolas smokes pot all the time, at her house and all her friends. I have first hand knowledge and if that wasn't bad enough, Nick Nickolas is fully aware of the drug use in his house. He doesn't seem to mind at all, just doesn't want the smell spread around the house. He acts like he is so cool and his daughters best friends instead of their Dad, its kinda creepy actually. Nick Nickolas is breaking the law.

Ruby told me her mom is a "drunk". Why would any father give his daughter alcohol if she has a mother who is a drunk, he couldn't have possibly lived this long without ever hearing the fact that if you have a parent that is a drunk you a predisposed to being one yourself? Ruby has a problem with alcohol and booze (my opinion) and her Dad is contributing to this problem. This is illegal and immoral! Her Dad isn't her friend, he is more like a drug pusher!

Ruby has gotten busted by the cops before and says her Dad has "taken care of it". If this is true then her Dad and the Police Department are corupt and somebody should do something about it.

Who am I? I am just a kid who knows right from wrong and I support Chris's right to tell the world and attempts, in his own small way, to set things right, let the truth be known and hopefully he can get Ruby and her sister some help before she ends up dead or in a gutter somewhere and her Dad walks away scott free because he can buy his way out!

My question to you, because you think everybody does it, how does that make it any more right or any less dangerous or illegal?

My question to CPS, the Police Department, the School District and anyone who has ever heard about the drinking and drug use, WHY HAVEN"T YOU DONE ANYTHING TO HELP RUBY AND ENFORCE THE LAW?
