He approaches unlearned and insecure women preferable single mothers or church members to talk to and convince them about his company, his attorneys, and his contacts. These women soon believe the lies, then he present a proposal (contract) requesting a certain ammount of money, for a high return. He uses his knowledge from the law books he has read to manipulate and disobey the law. When they invest, he promises them a free apartment in one of the homes on one of his victim's credit that he scammed out of money, that is being foreclosed as a gift for their "so called" investment in his company. He also goes as far as using sex (legalizing prositution) as form of payment from his "so called" tenants after they have sign a written contract, and given money based on contract; he offers them one of these such home as a rental, which don't belong to him to begin with.
He later request referrals to increase their income, in which the victims then talk to more credible people, who will never take Mr Allen's word for it. So the depraved individual is part of his strategy to get to the bigger fish. These people then take their trusted friend, associate, member, or partner's word and invest more money to Mr Allen, based on them saying it's a go and they are the proof. We are talking about thousands of dollars.
He has spent years building a falsified image to charm Financial Insitution, Mortgage Companys, Real Estate Investor, etc; basically playing them against themselves for his benefits. Hereby leaving them with foreclosures and bad deals, this is the reason for all the bank losses in 2008.
This man Carl Allen is known to approach single mothers, depraved or shy women on the street and offers then a chance of a lifetime "so he says", opportunity to own their own home - well that was never his motive, because this people couldn't own a car if they tried, talkless their owm Home. He rapes them of all their money, assuring them it's all towards an investment. After he has completely drained their account by entering them into bogus contracts, he then uses their credit to purchase a property hereby falsifying their Income, in order for them to get approved for the loan. He then promises them that he would take over the deed of the house, will give them some money at closing and be responsible for the mortgage payments (which he never intended to pay at all) He is just in it for the check at the closing, to keep all to himself and leave individual with a ruined credit, Bad debt, and depleted bank account.
