I signed on with Java Jo'z Coffee & More in 2005 with Roy Snowden. Roy Snowden then sold the company to Robert Morgan, who then changed the name of the company to Cuppy's Coffee, Smoothies & More, Inc. In July 2008, the company again was sold to Dale nabors of FranSynergy, Inc.

Roy sold to Robert Morgan, who was hired by Roy as a consultant.

Robert Morgan sold to Dale Nabors, who was hired by Robert Morgan as a consultant.

Coincidence?

When Roy sold to Robert Morgan, Morgan said he would honor and support all old Java Jo'z stores, and even honor the old contracts. If you gave him the money, he would give you a Java Jo'z or a Cuppy's, it was your choice.

Dale Nabors will accept your money also. He will take your money and sell you a Cuppy's also from that original Java Jo'z contract.

I paid a deposit of 30k to Java Jo'z as a deposit on my store. When the company sold, Morgan still would accept that 30k as the deposit on the unit. Nabors will do the same thing.

Morgan said he only bought the "assets" of Java Jo'z. Therefore, my 30k was an asset in their bank account, HOPEFULLY held in escrow for my further use.

So my 30k started with Snowden, went to Morgan, then to Nabors. All 3 would honor the same contract.

How can they honor the contract but when you request a refund due to all three's breach of contract, they suddenly pull the "we only bought the asset's of Java Jo'z" line.

You cannot accept someone's money, honor the contract, and then not abide to the terms of the contract in Florida. Any civil contact lawyer in Florida will tell you this. If you signed a contract with them, read your contract, jurisdiction is in Florida. Any Florida lawyer will easily see through the smoke games put on by these people.
