I have contacted Federal Bond and Collection asking for verfication on my account that they have put in to collection status on my credit file. Federal Bond and Collection has not responsed to any of my letters or faxes and continue to report this account to the credit bureaus. Federal Bond and Collection has not provide me any proof that this account even exists and the credit bureaus are still reporting on my credit file.
I have copies of all letters I have sent letters as well as numerous faxes and I have the copies of the credit reports to back my complaint. Please help me to verify this account because Federal Bond and Collection has ignored all my letters and faxes. I do not think they have the information I have requested and that is why they refuse to response. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and waiting to hear from them.
