The Law Office of Derrick Mcgavic used reverse phone and address lookup and found both myself and my grown son (he's military and uses my address) and went further to obtain our Credit Reports and had the audacity to collect our financial institutions and our account numbers, and then served our banks with garnishment notices on our accounts, looking for one of my rental tenants money! Of course, he got nothing as my son or I had no debt with him, But he even went so far to serve my sons bank in Texas!
This man thinks he is above the law obtaining credit reports on just anyone he choses.
It is unlawful to pull someones credit report without permission unless your an employer or a land lord . This man is neither and had no business with us.
His poking around in our credit report cost us both points in our score, as well as anyone looking at our reports wondering why this scumbag would be inquiring about us.
He has to be stopped!
